The team is led by Matthew Bates, Director and business owner, Matt has over 25 years experience in Residential, Retail and Commercial design in the NZ market. Working for Fletcher Distribution as a Store Designer is where Matt kicked off his Design career before working the Residential space and creating his now dynamic team.

Monique, Mariana & Cooper are all established Design Technicians that have worked on many varied projects through to completion.

Kelly Bates is Matts wife, fellow director and general go-to problem solver.

Zeus is the office security and all round cuddle machine.
